much anew ...after an ultra restful weekend resting up from the pesky bugs that invade our bodies periodically ... a sister not keeping me talking too long today... the finality of funeral arrangements for our Uncle ... coming to a conclusion all round ...
A special birthday to us now approaching ... she told of when I complained to me sister all those years ago on this weekend ... whilst in labour! I may not have the more personal stories shared with a now deceased hubby! We can still have a laugh ... different. The shared disbelief of how old she will be this year ...
And all the intimacies of birth control of those who disclose such information within circles. The announcements of starting a family, and then no more etc. I will most unlikely ever to be a grandparent either. (I have never been a bloodline Auntie) Our child adamant in not having the conventional family structure.... They are more likely to open up their home to unwanted kids!
I had a circle of green people I knew in a county, who believed the population explosion would cause infrastructure difficulties, one day with what we take for granted becoming scarce ... having only one child each.
Me, I just went with the flows of the usual quiet way I then led a life, what will be will be ... Our child knows of the age she should have been. It ''twas not to be ... but then we would not have known her ...
