a long weekend to recover from an arduous few weeks of elongated ills. I was a little too poorly to get to see a doc at one point. The learning curve to struggle and get on with it. The tortuous times past where I been in this position and gauged the urgency of 111 or 999 or just wait it out.
The torment clouded with well being of mind also.
