even in the adaptions I made today ... getting to find my way round back in life ... I have learnt to be without even more ... The rustle up in the kitchen again only just realising I do not have to live on Duke of Edinbugh style products ...
Although I noticed the gradual re-shift back in my shopping habits already ...
It has gone further ... I am less panicked...
