I did however get to bake mid evening ... I would rather have gone to bed and curl up and hibernate from the world ... But I would have woken up feeling worse ...
It helped ... I feel a tad more likely to work through just the functions of life to start with ... And see where we go from there ... It is I believe a Tuesday ... The Shrove Tuesday of the year ... At least my head is in gear ... It is foggy still I fear ... I try to keep that structure of life to help things fall into place ... Much easier said ... So much harder to follow through ...
