I decided to have the Carvery at Home it was a toss up between that and an Indian today. I was even toying with the idea of our other favourite place to eat in our time at our other home. I will cook a mini carvery with the trimmings ... I do not wish to be fussed. I am off out to see what joint of meat takes my fancy ... slow cook it and busy myself while it is cooking will be the wish today ... I already have the other bits an pieces for this type of meal which I got over the weekend.
No going down the cellar here, or sitting out on the patio by the river, or a cycle along the trail with a swim in the lagoon colour sea this year. What it will be is the pipe dreams to become real, and enjoy the time left in this area at the max in my emotions and state of mind ... and enjoy what I do have this moment in time ... memories, faith in myself, fulfilling plans now, shortly, and hopefully in the long term ...
