dealing with the past ... duplicate letters and unnecessary post last week ... appointments flow through too ... communication on what the services actually offer is sketchy, you have to have your wits about you ... or like me you don't waste time ...
In my good modes I notice the way the stress of targets and lack of budgets is all around ... I have always been fair ... unfortunately unfairness of the lack of robustness admitted at the meeting did however lead to the death of someone ... it is difficult at times not to let the bitterness creep in ...
All I hope for is ease through of this time ... it has been an interesting time ... in the reactions of those I have been in contact with ...
