at least left alone, for the first week. Probably the same reason the country over, busy time back at work after the festive time. Prioritising who needs attention and who can wait.
I came across an important document. It contradicts and you can see why neglect of care was evident. I am again, kept waiting and urgency not heeded. I am now doing it with less fuss and hope it stays that way this time.
