Batch making for one mouth is not on the agenda in Kent ... I did that in Cornwall though ...
I need to do these recipes in a rota and less in quantity ...adjusting to needs
To whet my appetite for jam making I could make a small amount of lemon curd ...
For today for now a homemade chicken soup using what I have ... maybe ... and at least whip up a sponge ... would be nicer using homemade jam too ... !
Better get moving to a place where art studios are the norm ... and be more inspired ...definitely interaction with daughters boyfriend's art portfolio and discussing art again seems to have evoked something in me again ...
