..... phone and message systems seriously needs to be brought into line with all the other systems; like 111 ... for a more well organised operation, especially after the more recent experience to so many call systems and getting more up to speed with life again ...
This can also be said for Computers versus English ...
Computer Studies is such a well oiled operation ENGLISH has been a right mess and nothing to do with the staff, they have the same problems but deal with it differently and ... guess what ... it is a central government run operation too ... so no surprise there ...
