before my appointment later in the afternoon at the hospital that is not too far away from where I live fortunately ... I enjoyed the mild weather and the dramatic blue cloudy skies, after the rain we had earlier in the day.
Also I needed some air and to feel the warmth of the sun was a bonus. I knew the many corridors of the hospital would be a bit claustrophobic; with the many off shots in the Xray department I had visited many moons ago.
I enjoyed the golden glow of the sun going down on the way home from the hospital too and that was such a pleasure too ... I would not of experienced this if I had not gone out today ...
