in the park in Dartford here in Kent ... with some of the summer bedding plants now making way for an Autumnal display of pansies.
It is hard to have a favourite flower, but pansies are evocative of long ago with memories of gardening myself and working with an artist who painted amazing pansies.
And the dahlias bringing memories back too of my paternal grandparents when they had their garden in Newquay Cornwall for a while before moving to Devon.
