... as less stress as possible for the client and all the agencies involved .. to do it ... simply ... sensitively ... swiftly and not leave it dragging on by co-coordinating in an outstanding and efficient way (when my thumb was fixed back together so brilliantly... didn't leave me hanging ... should be so with the same esteem for Mental Health issues ... the mind can go too... needs swift sensitive help just as a thumb that urgently needs saline etc to flush it out to get rid of ......)
