on ipod sis gave me .... which she downloaded and filled up with my music reminders from the decades of our time ... as she knows you so loved your music ... the best uplifting thing in those early days ... as such happy thoughts and relaxation every time I struggle ... especially slightly drowning out the unwanted noise on my senses when outside ... always aware not to have the volume so has not to hear anyone creep up on me ... especially in the middle of night shopping ...
