Exercise in old cleaning methods ... and finally ...

I have bought nearly 31 months later a swivel micro fibre 2 way floor mop .... for some reason they took mine in the clear ... my hoover gave up on me months ago ... I have been prioritising the gradual items to replace or not as the case maybe for life to function to some semblance of order since the mass clearance took place to clear the clutter  ... with the limited income for one that I have now ... plus it doesn't bother me as with recent floods my floor is clear of rugs again ... I am now back to the way I love to do the floor ... involving exercise again and saves money, the electric and being good for the environment generally ... And of course for me ... 

When we didn't have neighbours so nearby ... I used to turn on the music up a bit and exercise and clean at the same time ... this fun way of cleaning that got lost among the clutter build up ... and now a bit too much of me to be flying around so deftly as once was ... to the tune of music and certain exercises I could do .... I was doing handstands long into adult hood ... if I did it now I probably pass out ... 

That hand stand is what I lost out on getting my silver badge in gymnastics ... that has just reminded me I hope I still have my bronze badge ... never mind ... always something now ...  do I have it  ... or not ....  ???

Such is life now ...
